What is the Processing Time?

All of our hats are needle-stitched in the Carolinas, so please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

How Does Shipping Work?

We ship USPS for domestic orders. Regardless of your order size, we offer the same shipping rate (First Class Mail) on all orders. After you place your order and the shipping label is created, you will be provided a confirmation and tracking number via email.

How Does USPS First Class Mail Work?

Once your order is picked up, it generally takes 2 - 4 days for delivery.
