What is W&E's Exchange Policy?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Additionally:

• All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with the original packing slip. 

• Worn items are not eligible for returns. If we determine that an item has been worn, we will return it back to you.

• All exchanges must be for a product of equal or lesser value.

• Webster & Etheridge is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

What is the Process for an Exchange?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use USPS as your shipping carrier (you will be given a tracking number for your return). Send the item(s) to:
